Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts and drawings
  • Prepare 2D & 3D design presentations
  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
  • Participate in client meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Experience in residential or commercial projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software
  • Strong communication skills

🏗 Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction activities
  • Ensure work quality and safety compliance
  • Monitor project progress
  • Coordinate with subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Site experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage timelines effectively

🛋 Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior design concepts
  • Prepare mood boards and material selections
  • Coordinate finishing works
  • Work closely with clients and project managers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design
  • Strong design sense and creativity
  • Knowledge of materials and finishes
  • Software skills (SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, etc.)

👷 Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily site operations
  • Ensure quality control
  • Manage workers and site schedules

Requirements:

  • Construction experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards

Internship Opportunities

We welcome architecture and engineering students who want to gain practical experience in real construction projects.
